Family picnic- Beautiful Australia
Today was such a wonderful day.
Australia is a beautiful place, it's nice to pop into a nature reserve park for a barbecue, past the gumtrees with white cockatoos squawking, as the sun sets and cyclists pass on their scenic route in the distance.
Setting up in the last rays of today's Springtime sun, showing little hands how to peel paperbark and where wattle flowers are, spying bunnies shying in the darkness on a drive back home towards a bay of bleeding rainbow skies.

My resolution- Visit the beach more often
My resolution by simplastic featuring a fedora hat
.. I live about a 10 minute walk away from the beach here in beautiful Australia and even in Summer, rarely take advantage of it.
Here's my mid-year resolution, to take advantage of being able to feel the sand between my toes, even when it's a little chilly.

Vivacious vegan- Making your wardrobe a cruelty-free zone
Vivacious vegan-
Making your wardrobe a cruelty-free zone is a personal choice, but definitely a warm moment for the soul.
With so many products out there and some great synthetic materials being produced, keeping warm without the woolies isn't so tricky.
Your beauty cabinet needn't suffer either, with many mineral make up choices on the market to colour your fancy.
Colour blocking is very out there at the moment and the mulberry, antique apricot, white gold grey and seaside turquoise is a very unexpected palette.
Not sure how to pull off colour blocking? Keep your pieces simple, scrap the patterns and steer away from heavy detail to keep everything from becoming too busy.
Tone it down with quiet neutrals which complement your colours, tan, beige, cream, white, grey and black.
